2.1. Custom & Personalized Products. Many of our products are custom-made or personalized to your specifications. Because of the custom nature of these items, all sales of personalized or custom products are final and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

2.2. Product Descriptions. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur due to monitor differences and the handcrafted nature of our products. You may request a fabric swatch or sample at no charge before placing your order.

2.3. Pricing. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any price changes or product discontinuations.

2.4. Availability. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. ORDER PROCESSING AND PAYMENT

3.1. Order Acceptance. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

3.2. Payment. Payment must be received in full before we begin processing your order. We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout through our secure payment processor (Shopify Payments). You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

3.3. Order Errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in pricing or product information and to cancel or refuse any orders placed based on such errors.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS AND LEAD TIMES

4.1. Production Time. Custom and personalized items require additional production time as indicated on the respective product pages. Estimated lead times are approximate and may vary based on order volume and material availability.

4.2. Approval Process. For custom orders, we may require your approval of a proof or design before production begins. It is your responsibility to review proofs carefully for accuracy. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in the final product.

4.3. Rush Orders. Rush orders may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees. Rush availability is not guaranteed.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

5.1. Cancellation Window. Cancellations initiated within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

5.2. After 48 Hours. Cancellation requests received after 48 hours but before production has begun may be subject to a restocking or processing fee at our discretion.

5.3. After Production Begins. Once production or personalization of your order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. Custom orders that are in progress are non-refundable.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1. Shipping Terms. Shipping and processing times are outlined in our Shipping & Return Policies page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2. Risk of Loss. The risk of loss and title for products purchased from us passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6.3. Address Accuracy. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned packages.

6.4. International Orders. For international shipments, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

7.2. Non-Returnable Items. Custom and personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are defective. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there is an issue.

7.3. Refund Processing. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

8.3. Any custom designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to use designs, photographs, and images of our work for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lily Shane Bridal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our Site or products.

9.3. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
